ArtRoom is a SaaS platform that enables art galleries to manage their catalog and share virtual showrooms with clients, allowing artwork to be visualized at real scale in the buyer's space.
The software, design, text and graphic elements of ArtRoom are owned by or licensed to the owner. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
Artwork images uploaded by users remain the property of their respective rights holders. ArtRoom only stores and processes them to provide the contracted service.
ArtRoom is not responsible for content, artworks or information published by users. Each gallery is responsible for holding the necessary rights over the images and data they upload to the platform.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
