Terms and Conditions

1. Object and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ArtRoom (tryartroom.com), a SaaS platform for art galleries. By registering, you expressly accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Service description

ArtRoom enables art galleries to manage a digital artwork catalog, generate shareable virtual showroom links, and allow clients to visualize artworks at real scale in their own space. The service is provided as a freemium model with optional paid plans.

3. Registration and account

Using ArtRoom requires creating an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out from your account.

4. Plans and pricing

Available plans and prices are described at tryartroom.com/pricing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Polar.sh. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings.

ArtRoom reserves the right to modify prices with a minimum 30-day notice.

5. Intellectual property of content

Rights to artworks, images and other content uploaded to ArtRoom belong to their respective owners. By uploading content, the user declares having the necessary rights and grants ArtRoom a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Acceptable use

The following uses of ArtRoom are prohibited:

• Uploading illegal, fraudulent, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Distributing malware or attacking the platform.
• Reselling or sublicensing the service without express authorization.
• Automated scraping of platform data.

7. Liability and warranties

ArtRoom is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. ArtRoom's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event causing damage.

8. Service modifications

ArtRoom may modify or discontinue features at any time. For material changes to these Terms, notice will be given at least 15 days in advance by email.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. After deletion, all your data will be permanently removed except for data retained by legal obligation.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Spain.
